1. Period Covered

In principle, centers on FY2024 (January 1, 2024–December 31, 2024).

2. Scope

The Company and its 87 consolidated subsidiaries as of the end of FY2024, for a total of 88 companies.

* On November 28, 2024, the Company included ARGONICS GmbH and ARGONAV GmbH within the scope of consolidation as subsidiaries in the Wireless and Communications business. However, data for these companies is not included in the FY2024 data.
