The Nisshinbo Group aims to create new and original value in its products and contribute to the creation of an affluent society.
The Group strives deliver products and services that meet its customers' demands for product performance and quality in a timely and stable manner, and gains the satisfaction and confidence of its customers with outstanding quality. The Nisshinbo Group works to create value for them.
Promotion System
Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. reorganized its organizational structure in April 2025 to establish a Managing Officer system for each functional division with the aim of building and overseeing a structure that would lead to urgent change.
In order to provide products and services that satisfy customers, the Nisshinbo Group's manufacturing and quality assurance department are promoting activities to improve quality and customer satisfaction required for each product. Under the leadership of the Managing Officer in charge of the Risk Management Department, the Risk Management Department now manages initiatives.
The president of the Nisshinbo Group, who is the chief executive officer of the Group, conducts management reviews at the Board of Directors or the annual Board of Management* and receives progress reports from the Managing Officers in charge of the Risk Management Department with regard to the group's initiatives. Based on these reports, the president issues instructions on the matters necessary for management. Special items are reported to the Board of Directors as appropriate.
* The Board of Management: The committee is composed of Managing Director and Managing Officer. Outside Director and Audit & Supervisory Board Member also participate as observers.

Specific Initiatives of the Nisshinbo Group
6th Sustainability Promotion Plan (to be achieved by FY2027)
Understand and share the status of customer satisfaction for each segment.
In the 6th Sustainability Promotion Plan, which targets FY2027, the Nisshinbo Group focuses on improving quality and customer satisfaction as a priority activity and sets the above goal to achieve continuously promoting measures to improve customer satisfaction.
In FY2025, the Risk Management Department conducted a survey to assess how well each business group was tracking customer satisfaction. In addition, for quality issues in our operations and complaints from users, each segment reports the status to management on a monthly basis, and the Risk Management Department consolidates and manages this information.
In FY2026, the Nisshinbo Group will continue to conduct surveys across all business groups to identify specific measures for improving customer satisfaction, while also emphasizing the importance of gauging customer satisfaction.

Status of PL Law Violations and Claims
In FY2025, there were no cases of Product Liability (PL) Law violations in the entire Nisshinbo Group. Since the determination of claims and complaints varies depending on the industry and type of business, the Nisshinbo Group checks the annual trends for each company within the Nisshinbo Group. The number of claims is on a downward trend in all segments within the Group.
The manufacturing and quality assurance departments in each business unit are advancing their quality assurance initiatives by implementing the PDCA cycle.
Acquisition of Certification for Quality Assurance
As of September 2025, the Nisshinbo Group has acquired "ISO 9001" certification, a quality management system established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), for 34 companies and 43 organizations. In addition, to meet industry-specific requirements, 25 organizations in 24 companies have obtained certification under the "IATF 16949" automotive industry quality management system standard.
In addition, 3 companies that manufacture medical equipment have obtained ISO 13485 certification, an international standard for medical device quality management systems, and 2 companies have obtained JIS Q 9100 certification, a standard for the aerospace and defense industry.
Specific Activities of the Group Companies
Initiatives to Improve Customer Satisfaction
KOKUSAI DENKI Electric Inc. views customers as one of its most important stakeholders, and the company is committed to creating sustainable value by improving the quality of its products and services. As part of this effort, KOKUSAI DENKI conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey to accurately identify customer expectations and challenges with the aim of driving continuous improvement in its business operations.
From June to July 2025, KOKUSAI DENKI conducted a survey targeting 569 companies, including customers with a history of placing orders and local governments that have adopted its products, and received valuable responses from 363 of them. In the survey, respondents rated a total of 14 items, including product quality, price, and maintenance and inspection, on a 10-point scale. The average score improved by 0.1 points year-over-year to 7.5 points. The feedback provided through individual interviews is taken seriously by the company and is incorporated into improvements to products and services.
KOKUSAI DENKI will continue to strive to enhance its corporate value by listening to customers and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
KOKUSAI DENKI Electric Linear S/A in Brazil conducts customer satisfaction surveys about the products delivered to all of its customers.
In this survey, the company collects a wide range of customer feedback based on the evaluation criteria of delivery times, packaging, product performance, and after-sales service. The survey is conducted approximately two months after product shipment, and KOKUSAI DENKI Electric Linear uses the feedback, which reflects actual usage conditions, to drive continuous quality and service improvements.
